Overview

Woodland View is a residential construction project comprising two semi-detached family homes forming a single pair of dwellings, located on Browning Avenue in Bournemouth adjacent to Woodland Walk and within close proximity to the coastline. 

Farcroft Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the development from initial site preparation and groundworks through to final completion. The project involved construction of the structural frames, external building envelope, internal building services and associated external works.

The architectural design draws inspiration from traditional Arts and Crafts architecture, requiring careful coordination during construction to deliver characteristic detailing including roughcast render façades, projecting bay windows, slate roofing and lead dome features. Particular attention was given to construction detailing, material specification and workmanship to ensure durability and consistency with the surrounding residential environment. 

Each property provides over 2,400 sq ft of internal accommodation, arranged to support modern family living with well-proportioned spaces and integrated building services throughout.
