Overview
Warren Edge Road is a boutique coastal development comprising three substantial contemporary family homes arranged over three floors. Positioned within one of Southbourne’s most desirable residential enclaves, the scheme was designed to maximise internal volume, natural light and long-term functionality while maintaining a refined and balanced street presence.
The architectural approach focused on strong, proportioned elevations combined with expansive glazing and carefully structured roof forms. Internally, the homes were configured to provide generous family accommodation with a clear hierarchy of space - formal reception rooms to the front, and open-plan kitchen and living areas extending toward private south-facing gardens.
