Overview

Oceans Edge is a residential construction project comprising three contemporary homes arranged as one detached house and a pair of semi-detached dwellings, located within a well-established residential area of Southbourne, Bournemouth.

Farcroft Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the development from site preparation and groundworks through to final completion. The works included the construction of the structural frames, building envelope, internal building services and external landscaping.

The properties are arranged over three storeys, requiring careful coordination of structural works, architectural detailing and building services to achieve the intended layout and building performance. Particular attention was given to construction quality, material durability and integration with the surrounding residential streetscape.

The project was delivered through a structured construction programme including groundworks, superstructure construction, roofing, internal fit-out and external works.
