Overview

The Everglades is a residential construction project located on Lindsay Road in the Branksome Park area of Poole. The works involved the demolition of an existing residential property and the construction of a new contemporary apartment building set within landscaped grounds.

Farcroft Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the development from site clearance and groundworks through to final completion. The project included the construction of the building’s structural frame, external façade systems, internal building services and associated external works.

The completed development comprises ten two-bedroom apartments arranged across multiple floors, including private terraces, balconies and shared circulation areas. Careful consideration was given to the building’s positioning and construction detailing to ensure integration with the surrounding residential environment and the mature landscaped setting of Branksome Park.
