Overview

Golf Links Walk is a residential construction project located on Ringwood Road in Ferndown, Dorset. The project involved the demolition of existing residential buildings and the construction of a new private development comprising nine detached houses arranged within a backland site.

Farcroft Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the full build of the scheme, coordinating all structural works, building envelope construction, mechanical and electrical installations, and internal fit-out throughout the construction programme.

The development has been designed as a private residential enclave with dwellings arranged around a shared access road. Each house has been constructed with modern open-plan layouts, large glazed openings, and high-quality internal finishes.

The completed scheme provides nine contemporary family homes with private gardens, dedicated parking and energy-efficient building systems.
